Open Enrollment to select medical insurance plans and other City services will be October 7 - 21, 2026. Employee Benefits personnel will be available with computers during the Benefits Fair to assist plan members with Open Enrollment. Even though the Benefits Fair ends at 1pm, the Computer Lab will be open for assistance until 4pm.
Retirees will be receiving a letter in late September, outlining the Open Enrollment process. It will be a “passive enrollment", which means, unless you want to make changes to your plans, you need not participate; all your current selections will carry over.
You are encouraged to at least review your selections even if you don’t want to make changes.
Flu Shots: Senior flu shots will be available this year.
